Javier Hernandez is TCES’ VP of Flowback Operations. Mr. Hernandez has 11 years of experience working in the oil and gas industry. Javier specializes in Flowback & Well Testing, Completion and Production and is responsible for all flowback operations in the company. Javier is a powerful force on and off the field and is always motivating others to work hard and succeed. Javier is inspired daily by his kids, goals, and ambitions. Jay Worthington is the Chief Operations Officer at TCES with 15 years of experience working in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Worthington specializes in HSE, Research and Development, and is responsible for the safety and well-being of all employees. Mr. Worthington is inspired daily by goals set in place by our customers and is always looking for safer and more efficient ways to provide the best service to our customers. Joshua Leal is the Vice President of Sales with 14 years of experience working in the oil & gas industry. Previously, Mr. Leal has worked with Bullet Product Services, WS Energy Services and Exclusive Energy Services LLC to name a few. Joshua specializes in production and completion operations and is responsible for building strong client relationships to maintain current business and acquire new customers. Joshua also ensures a timely and successful delivery of our operations according to customers needs and objectives. Joshua is a powerful force in the workplace. He is inspired daily by his family, his faith and his personal drive to always be better. He believes with his faith, anything is possible. In his free time, Joshua likes to spend time with his beautiful wife and children, attend their sporting activities as well as mentor his son’s youth football and baseball teams.

Fayez Tannous is TCES’ Vice President with over 11 years of experience working in the oil and gas industry. Previously Mr. Tannous has worked with Trican in Procurement & Sales. Fayez specializes in and is responsible for the day to day operation on and off the field, alongwith logistics and on-ground coordination for all Transcontinental sponsorship events. Mr. Tannous is inspired daily by his family and his fellow colleagues who continuously work hard to produce the best results.
Jeffery Chesshir

Jeffery Chesshir is the Vice President of Sales at TCES has been in the oil and gas industry for 18 years. He started his journey in 2005, specializing in workover rigs. He is trained as a Wireline Engineer and has previously worked in Field Sales for S3 Pump Services, as a Sales Manager for Nichols Oil Tools, and then as VP of Sales for American Well Services. Jeffery has acquired a vast knowledge of completions and production operations over the years, which has proven to be a true asset in his work and performance.
Jessie Montgomery
Technical Sales Manager
Jessie Montgomery is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He began his career in Well Testing, working in the challenging deep waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Throughout his career, Jessie has gained extensive experience across various shale plays, including the Eagle Ford, Bakken, Marcellus, Haynesville, and Permian.
Transitioning from technical roles to business and management, Jessie has excelled in leadership positions such as Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer. He is now channelling his expertise into business development, focusing on strategic growth and innovation within the industry.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Jessie values spending quality time with his family, enjoys meeting new people, and is dedicated to continuous personal and professional growth.
Faisal Al Hosani
Regional Business Development Director
Faisal Al Hosani is a person with over 26 years of expertise in the oil and gas industry. Currently, he serves as the Regional Business Development Director for Transcontinental Energy Services. Faisal holds a geological degree from United Arab Emirates University and has furthered her executive skills with a certification in leadership and management from London Business School.
His career began with ADNOC in 1998, where he started as a Drilling Supervisor and quickly rose through the ranks, ultimately retiring as VP of Drilling Operations. During his tenure, Faisa played a critical role in enhancing drilling operations, including leading a transformative cost optimization projects that saved hundreds of millions of dollars. Some of these projects received prestigious recognition, winning golden prizes at the esteemed Stevie Awards.
Driven by hir vision to innovate, Faisal is passionate about transforming oil and gas services across the MENA region, focusing on resilience, efficiency, and smarter business practices. Beyond his professional achievements, Faisal has a deep love for history and an enthusiasm for learning about cultures worldwide.
Jihad Saliba
MENA Vice President of Sales
Jihad Saliba is the MENA Vice President of Sales at Transcontinental Energy Services (TCES), where he oversees the company’s expansion across the Middle East and North Africa region. In this role, Jihad is committed to strengthening customer relationships and ensuring that TCES delivers top-tier service quality that exceeds customer expectations. He assumed this role in June 2024.
Before joining TCES, Jihad built an extensive career at National Oilwell Varco (NOV) in Dubai. He started at NOV in June 2006 as an Inside Sales representative. His dedication and performance led to his promotion in 2010 to Middle East Sales Manager, where he played a key role in increasing revenue across the region. In 2014, Jihad advanced to the role of Middle East and North Africa Sales Director, focusing on customer engagement and revenue growth by implementing innovative NOV technologies.
Jihad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the American University of Technology in Lebanon.
